How to become a member of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota

1) Complete the Membership Form Online or Download the Registration Form

2) Pay the Annual Membership Fee Online or Send in a Check (can pay by check even if completing registration form online).

SAA Members: $30.00 due December 31, 2009.  Membership is active January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010 (For 2010 Membership - after January 1, 2010: $40.00)
Associate Member (for parents, retired teachers, etc. who just want to receive the newsletter and mailings): $15
Please make checks payable to "Suzuki Association of Minnesota."
For your name to be included in the 2010 directory, please submit this form and payment by December 31, 2009.
