Become a Member of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota

The Suzuki Association of Minnesota enhances the musical education of our teacher and associate members by sponsoring programs, performance opportunities, and continued pedagogical training to create a supportive Suzuki community in the state of Minnesota.

Your membership also helps us build public awareness and serves as an advocate for fans, musicians, scholars, presenters, students, concertgoers and others in the field.

Two ways to Renew or become a New Member:

Active Membership $30 

For Teachers who would like to participate in 2013 events. Benefits of Active Membership include: 2013 SAM Newsletters, listing in the 2013 SAM Membership Directory, participation in 2013 Statewide Graduation, discounted fee for 2013 Workshop, teacher/student scholarship opportunities, voting and office holding privileges.

• You must be a current member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas in order to be a member of SAM.
  
• Active SAM Membership Dues (on or before December 31, 2012): $30.00
  
• Active SAM Membership Dues (after December 31, 2012): $40.00
  
• Membership is good for one year January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013
• For your name to be included in the 2013 directory, please submit this form and payment by December 31, 2012.  

Associate Member $15

For parents, students, retired teachers, and others. Associate Members will receive our newsletter and membership directory, while showing support for the vision and mission of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota.

• Membership is good for one year January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013
• For your name to be included in the 2013 directory, please submit this form and payment by December 31, 2012.  

Patron Membership $80

Includes Active Membership while showing support for the vision and mission of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota.

• Membership is good for one year January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2013
• For your name to be included in the 2013 directory, please submit this form and payment by December 31, 2012.  

Lifetime Membership $500

Includes on-going Active Membership plus benefits of Patron Membership.

• One time membership fee.
• For your name to be included in the next directory, please submit your information by  January 1 of the upcoming year.
